Florence Bowser · Grades 4–5
Here, we call one another Brothers.
More than words on a shirt.
Values you can put into action, every day.
The practice of individuals having a positive sense of connectedness.
Welcome someone in, listen to your Brothers, and help everyone feel they belong.
The practice of autonomy and accepting responsibility.
Make thoughtful choices, take ownership of your actions, and follow through.
The practice of showing selfless concern for the well-being of others.
Notice what someone needs and look for a way to help.
The practice of developing skills that produce and exercise competence.
Practice a skill, learn from feedback, and recognize your progress.
